Applications are invited (online) for filling in the following temporary but likely to become permanent posts in the Board of Revenue, Balochistan by initial recruitment. It is apprised for information of the candidates that in order to implement the direction of the Honourable High Court of Balochistan, 5% quota is hereby reserved for women against theTwenty Eight (28) posts of Tehsildar (B-16) in the Board of Revenue Balochistan advertised vide this Commission’s Advertisement No. 03/2022,therefore, the revised zonal allocation of said posts may be read as under:

Note: Those candidates who had already applied in response to AdvertisementNo.3/2022 for the above mentioned posts need not apply again .The important notes as mentioned in the Advertisement No. 03/2022 will  remain intact except S.No.  (i). 

QUALIFICATION:

 Bachelor Degree (Atleast 2nd Division) from a recognized University. AGE LIMIT: Minimum (18) years and Maximum (28) years andGeneral upper relaxation upto 43 years granted by the Govt. of Balochistan. GENDER: Both Male and Female candidates are eligible.

 

ELIGIBILITY: 

Citizens of Pakistan who are local/ domiciled residents of Balochistan are eligible. Persons already in Government / Semi-Government Service should apply through proper channel.

 EXAMINATION SYLLABUS:

PAPER–I (English General) = 100 Marks PAPER–II (General Knowledge)=100 Marks (i) Essay Writing 50 Marks (i) General Knowledge 50 Marks (ii) Précis Writing 25 Marks (ii) Pakistan Studies 50 Marks (iii) Translation from Urdu to English & English into Urdu. 25 Marks 

EXAMINATION FEE: 

The candidates should deposit the Examination Fee Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) for the above post in the State Bank/ National Bank or Government Treasury only in the Province of Balochistan on prescribed provincial (green colour) Challan Form under the Head “C-02101-Organ of State Examination Fee Balochistan Public Service Commission”.

TESTIMONIALS:

The candidates who qualify the written portion of the exam would require to submit the following documents soon after announcement of the result:

1. Duly verified copies of Matriculation to Final Academic Qualification Certificates/ Degrees  along with Detail Marks Certificates from the concerned Board/ University.
2. Duly verified copy of Local/ Domicile Certificate from the competent authority.
3. Attested copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
4. Original Treasury Challan of Examination Fee Rs.1000/- for the post (duly deposited) alongwith two photo copies. 
5.  Five latest photographs (duly attested), bearing the name and parentage of the candidates. 
6. Three Character Certificates “one from Head of Educational Institution last attended and two from different gazetted Officers not related to the applicant” (for non-serving candidates).
7. Departmental Permission Certificate from the competent authority (for inservice candidates).
